Sparkling Chardonnay - $25.00/bottle
This wine has been made from premium Chardonnay fruit and bottle fermented in the traditional manner. It has complex, aged yeast and nutty characters wich integrate well with the light melon fruit of the Chardonnay grape. A fine delicate bead and a persistant flavour profile make this a very distinctive sparkling wine.

Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc - $22.00/bottle
Grown in our Mudgee Vineyard this rich golden botrytised Sauvignon Blanc wine has the distict aroma of ripe apricots. The rich fruit flavours explode on the palate to give a luscious sweet dessert wine with wonderful complexity.

2010 Gooree Park Verdelho - $16.00/bottle
This variety performs well in the warmer climate of our Mt Lewis Vineyard. The wine has the distinct tropical fruit and nectarine aromas typical of this Portuguese variety. This full flavoured variety has a rich palate and a clean finish making it a great food wine.

2009 Gooree Park Sauvignon Blanc - $16.00/bottle 
Pale straw in colour, this wine shows typical lychee and tropical fruit characters of Sauvignon Blanc. The fresh, fruity nose is followed by clean, crisp palate. An ideal wine for fish and chicken dishes.

2008 Gooree Park Chardonnay - $16.00/bottle 
Mid straw in colour, this wine shows the distinct stone fruit characteristics for Chardonnay. The lively peach fruit has a background of cashews, which gives complexity to the wine. The fresh fruit flavours produce a full palate making it a very attractive food wine.

2009 Gooree Park Shiraz Rosé - $16.00/bottle
Vibrant mid pink colour. Strong red berry fruit aromawith raspberry flovour, moderate sugar levels and crisp acid finish.

2006 Gooree Park Merlot - $16.00/bottle 
This wine has a vibrant red colour with purple hues. It has lifted plum notes with underlying berry fruit aromas. A soft, medium bodied wine with longlasting flavour, balance acidity and a fine tannin finish.

2006 Gooree Park Shiraz - $16.00/bottle 
This wine has a deep red colour with purple hues. The strong berry fruits have a black pepper spice lift, which gives the wine a distinctive aroma. Blackberry fruit and vanilla oak results in a complex wine with a long lasting flavour.

2009 Gooree Park Cabernet Sauvignon - $16.00/bottle
With dark red colour and a striking red and black current aroma this wine shows the freshness of a young Cabernet. The berry fruit flavours carry through to the palate with fine soft tannins. This wine has been barrel aged for 12 months and whilst drinking well now will cellar for a further 8 years.

2007 Crowned Glory Chardonnay - $20.00/bottle 
This Chardonnay displays the complex nutty aromas and flavours of a traditional French oak barrel fermented Chardonnay. The full creamy rich palate is the result of extensive lees stirring and gives the wine great persistence of flavour. A complex rich wine which will age well for up to 5 years.

2005 Crowned Glory Shiraz - $25.00/bottle 
Vibrant dark red colour. This wine displays classic varietal Shiraz aroma of spice, pepper and berry fruit, with complex leathery bottle age notes and well integrated oak - both French and American fine grained oak. This combined with the medium bodied yet flavoursome mid palate and tannin structure will ensure that this wine will age well. This is a fine example of Shiraz which with 5 years of aging before release is drinking perfectly now but will cellar for a further 5 to 8 years. 

2008 Crowned Glory Cabernet Sauvignon - $25.00/bottle
Intense dark red wine. Dominant black currant cabernet sauvignon varietal aroma with a background of vanilla oak and cinnamon. The rich berry flavours carry through onto the palate giving the wine great length of flavour.

2002 Don Eduardo Shiraz - $35.00/bottle

This remarkable Shiraz is sourced from the renowned Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale in South Australia and made and matured in selected French oak for 18 months, in Mudgee. The wine is a dark red colour with brick red hues. It has a complex, intense and powerful nose showing ripe plum fruit and bottle age. The palate is balanced by complex cedar and vanillin notes. This wine has been fined with traditional fining agents to assist in settling and clarification, and may contain traces of egg white. This wine is perfect for drinking now.
